Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient technique that uses suction to create a negative pressure on the skin, helping to increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and promote healing. It is commonly used for pain relief, inflammation, and sports recovery.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm pressure to release chronic muscle tension and break up scar tissue. It improves blood flow, reduces inflammation and helps restore mobility. This is an ideal technique for an individual in a chronic pain cycle, injury recovery, or extreme muscle tension.

It's perfect to ease tension, clam the nervous system, sooth sore muscles, and promotes overall relaxation. this is a great technique for people just getting into massage or for someone who is in Sympathetic overdrive (fight or flight).

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to some of the most common questions we get asked.

Yes! Depending on the frequency of your visits there are a number of options to choose from. If you're interested, email/message me and I'll send you my packages.

It depends. Some people are mildly sore for 24-48 hours after their massage. It's especially normal if you haven't had a massage in a while or you have a lot going on in your body. However, most people feel refreshed and more mobile immediately after a session.

That is TOTALLY up to you. It can even depend on the day. So I suggest scheduling a Swedish Massage until we get a chance to talk about your body's needs for that day.
